Transfer & Request Data or Credit!

Easily transfer and request DATA or CREDIT with fellow Red Bull MOBILE members...all in your app!

Go to the “MORE” section in your app,
Choose Transfer “ tile icon” or Request “ tile icon” credit tile
Select “Data” or “Credit” option from drop-down transfer menu
Enter amount in MB of data or RO in money value you want to transfer or receive. For example; 1000 MB for data transfer, or 2 RO for monetary credit transfer
Select a member by searching your contact list or just enter Red Bull MOBILE number to whom you want to transfer the balance.

You can share a maximum of 1GB (1024MB) and a minimum of 50MB at any time during 30 days period.
You can share maximum of 10RO and a minimum of 100bz in a single transaction. Maximum volume of transaction per day is 10RO.
All Red Bull MOBILE members with an active membership plan (subscribed plan)
All Red Bull MOBILE members with an active SIM card can receive data or credit.
You must have a minimum of 50MB to perform the minimal transfers.
Data validity is 48 hours from the date of successful transfer.
No, a member who received the data or credit, will not be able to transfer it again.
Yes, SMS will be sent to receiving party with transaction information. You can also check balance history in our customer app for more details.
You can share as many times as you’d like! But you have a maximum of 1GB (1024MB) you can share during 30 days from first data transfer. For example: During 30 days from first transfer, you can transfer 1024MB in one time, or four times of 250MB to the same or different Red Bull MOBILE members.
